Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Therapy Resource Library. By signing up and accessing our extensive collection of resources, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand and agree to them before proceeding with your membership.


Usage and Distribution

  1. No Resale or Editing for Resale: Members are prohibited from reselling, editing, or modifying resources for the purpose of resale. These resources are for personal use within your professional practice only.

  2. Membership and Online Course Usage: Resources from The Therapy Resource Library cannot be used as the primary feature or main selling point of any membership or online course. They should be supplementary and add value to the existing content.

  3. No Unauthorized Sharing: Members are not permitted to distribute unedited Word or Canva links. Customization is a feature meant for members to refine the resources to fit their clients' needs. Members may share the final edited versions, such as JPG, PNG, or PDF, with their clients but must not directly share the original links.


Feedback and Marketing

  1. Use of Feedback for Marketing: We reserve the right to use your comments, messages, and reviews as marketing material. This helps us improve our services and provide better resources for our members.


Membership Rights and Responsibilities

  1. Right to Refuse Product Requests: We reserve the right to refuse any product request at our discretion. This includes requests that do not align with our standards or objectives.

  2. Right of Admission Reserved: We reserve the right to deny access to any member who does not comply with our terms and conditions. Membership can be revoked if terms are violated.

  3. Professional Conduct: Members agree to maintain professional conduct and refrain from negative or defamatory speech regarding The Therapy Resource Library or its products and services. Constructive feedback is welcome and encouraged.

  4. Intended Use: Our resources are intended for use by mental health professionals in small practices, NGOs, and similar settings. We are not an outsourcing service for graphic designers or large organizations.


Refunds and Sales

  1. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes membership fees and purchases of individual resources.

  2. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and no refund will be issued.


Canva Templates

  1. Canva Pro Elements: Some Canva templates may contain pro elements. While we strive to include free elements, Canva regularly updates their access policies. We cannot be held liable for any additional Canva costs incurred.


Resource Requests

  1. Request Policy: Resource requests are intended for mental health professionals. We reserve the right to refuse any request that we deem inappropriate or not aligned with our mission.


Design Types

  1. Types of Designs: We offer two types of designs:

    • Stylized Version: This is the original design that includes US Letter, A4, and a fillable PDF format. This version is also available in the shop.

    • Word/Google Doc: These designs have been simplified due to the limiting nature of Google Docs, providing a more basic template for customization.

  2. Conversion of Resources: Not all resources have yet been converted into Google/Word Docs. Currently, we are only converting the workbooks and worksheets. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that any particular resource may not yet be available in Google/Word Doc format. However, we do take requests to convert specific worksheets or workbooks. If your desired resource is not included, please let us know, and we will prioritize its conversion.


Intellectual Property

  1. Intellectual Property Rights: All resources, including designs, templates, and materials, remain the intellectual property of The Therapy Resource Library. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.


General Provisions

  1. Right to Modify Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

  2. Acceptance of Terms: By ticking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
